      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/291351"&gt;@Stephannie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No need to worry&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are now login as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/291351"&gt;@Stephannie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;on the Community.&amp;nbsp; Did you use the same email address to login My Account before?&amp;nbsp; At this stage, you will just need to link your My Account together, but you need to receive a sms on your phone for this process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't have the phone beside you ,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Potential workaround (for some):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Just did, the website is horrible to work with, 100% not user-friendly, but the thing is I loged into it on May 22 and than may 24 it all change I couldn't log in and can't see my account, I can't change my plan or my credit card...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
