If I switch to a new plan does it switch my rewards?

I am on the old public rewards system. I want to switch to the new promo plan $39 for 20gb.

If I switch to the new plan does it switch me to public points or can I stay as public rewards?

@ZeroRequlem No your old rewards will stay the same I can confirm I just made that switch my self

add you also get to keep any free holiday mins and data you received over the years if not already used yet also

Plan change won't affect reward system

At the moment, you still need to explicitly join the new one, they won't force you into it

Hi @Handy1 ,

So your renewal payment would have happened today. Can you still confirm that you are still on the legacy reward system and your that your free add-ons have not been removed (or worse - reappeared with expiration dates)?

I can confirmed myself too. One of my family plan renewed 2 days ago., on legacy system and the rewards system didn't change, all add-ons stayed on the system

@MajorTalent yes I can confirm , old rewards are still on my account and I still have my holiday bonus add ons are still on my account
