    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought public mobile for my son. It worked first month. Although payment withdrawn from my card it's not working now. He can't sign in to get help from community because the account has to be verified by a code which he doesn't receive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. It's ridiculous. Utterly ridiculous. My account has to be verified by the stupid code and I can't receive it by text.&amp;nbsp; I am this close to canceling everything but I need to keep my phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
