      <description>&lt;P&gt;Despite making my laptop and tablet Trusted Devices, I have to enter a code to sign-in every time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Made this new account, as my original Community Account did not link to my new Eversafe. I clicked Bravo on that post to add me to the list . Do I also need to contact a CS_Agent to remedy this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using 5 trusted devices on Eversafe ID on my account and Community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is hit and miss when you created your ID but once you login to your account (email on account and Community will be the same). Go to Profile&amp;gt;Manage Eversafe ID&amp;gt;My trusted devices and see if it is added in the list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, you may have to login on Eversafe ID again but make sure the Trusted Device is clicked twice (once during login and again on 2FA code).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;are you using those secure cache-less browser?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;or Incognito/Private mode?&amp;nbsp; if you are, trusted won't work there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I notice trusted might not work on one of my device or browser before. But I didn't pay attention and seems like working now.&amp;nbsp; I will keep an eye to see if I have that again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But sometimes, login to My Account and marked trusted, the trust might not apply to My Account login, you have to click it again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
