This would rule out a device issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your &lt;STRONG&gt;phone&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;locked&lt;/STRONG&gt;? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you.
