    <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile is Telus. It's just their budget brand, but we get access to the Telus network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it just calls? Or data and SMS too? What do you have your network settings on your device set to? Make sure it's automatic. Do you know if you've been upgraded to VoLTE? And are you by chance using an oversees phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
