What kind of error do you get?

Did you try paying through web site (using computer)?

Thanks! Seems to have worked, finally. Was either no response, or was sending me to a fone line that someone was trying to dial out of.

Don't see any options in the new app or mobile browser for payment except via credit card.

HI @HJS_MTL1 you can also buy vouchers from store and then use App/Web/*611 to load the voucher. You can buy vouchers from different stores but better to buy from Shoppers Drug mart or Shell

There should be an option for payment with CC, debit or voucher in the Payment tab.
