      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have $10 in my available funds and my current account balance is $10 but it won’t process the payment or resume my services. Can’t submit a ticket, keeps coming with an error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;help???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
