when phoning 1 particular number, I get "HB1 - your call cannot be completed"

the person can phone me, but I cannot call them???

and add 1 in front of the 10 dogits

it does have 1 at beginning

I am having the same problem and there is no reason for not being able to make this call. It has also happened when I call a relative who is also a Public Mobile user. I have tried rebooting and no success. Absolutely ridiculous without a valid reason why this is happening. This has to be a Public Mobile issue!!
