@garycwchan I have two references for you to examine:

a) your phone: https://www.pdevice.com/product/uhans-note-4-price-specs

b) the Telus/PM networks: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telus_Mobility

These suggest your phone will have very limited LTE service and no 3G. The lack of 3G means you will be unable to call or text.

Sorry, but you will need a different unlocked phone. For good service be sure it can connect to 3G bands 2 and 5; and to LTE band 4. 3G will also provide data service, but LTE is only data.

I had checked IMEI and here is the message: We are unable to find your device. Please ensure you have entered the correct IMEI before contacting the manufacturer or place of purchase for more information.
Your device has not been reported as lost or stolen.

Is my device good for public mobility?

Thanks!
