Trying to submit a ticket, system seems down - Please help! Been trying all month to get issue resolved without any luck!

You can use the “Get Help” section at the top of the screen above: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help, type 'customer support' to get two methods to Contact a Customer Support Agent with Public Mobile.

HI @esjliv since new My Account, chatbot ticket is on and off. I got the "click here to open ticket" Occasionally, i got to that page to open ticket. but most the time I got 404 error. . Maybe they turn it off so less ticket, less issues

@hTideGnow - yes, I know Chatbot is not working smoothly unless people can get their eversafe sorted out.

I am just providing how to use the Get Help section to find Public representatives. You know the old proverb "Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime".

Well, here is hoping others will learn if we teach them. Public Mobile webpages certainly does not direct to Public contacts help very clearly, IMO.
