I just noticed an interesting thing, a popup for Live Chat on the Shop page. Looks like it's just for sales type things and initial activation. Perhaps helpful for some, if only they had it for tech support.

@umnikke8 That is interesting for sure maybe one day it will go to live support , but if it ever does that will be the end of the community:(

or is that the formally online activation chat? from what I remember, that was not useful at all. Any question you ask, answer would be to ask you to come to Community

It has hours and it says 'chat with our team' so I think it's human chat. As for what the agents are empowered to do, I don't know.
