      <title>I cannot make calls or text</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot make calls or text. When I look at my phone screen it says "No Sim Card" However I have a sim card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have restarted the phone. Removed and put the sim back in the phone and still no luck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way for you to confirm the status of my phone connectivity or fix it on your end?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM? There is a 90 minute for you to reply or porting will be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like either you missed replying to the text. If you did reply then it is a backend issue with your SIM and will need to contact a CS_Agent help you to complete your porting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
