I have tried a dozen times to top up my account with the chat bot. There is no way to enter the payment amount that it asks for. Where is the place to enter the payment amount?

@BruceDonohue 611 if you know the PIN number of got to my account and go to payment tab to make payment top up

Did you setup Eversafe ID?

You can pay with vouchers, change debit or CC or activate AutoPay.

I am signed up with eversafe. There is no place within the chatbot field to enter the payment amount.

@BruceDonohue Sign into your my account go to payment tab and you can pay with voucher or top up with credit card or do so by 611 if you know the pin … I’m not aware that you can do it thru chat box

Go to your My Account, payment page

your my account go to payment tab click Add Fund with Credit card/Debit card

A chatbot will opened and you can follow (you can enter the amount you want)
