      <description>&lt;P&gt;They keep sending me notification codes to my new number, but I am not getting them. Only when they are sent to my email address, I can respond. I still can't make calls or send text messages. My account is all paid up and I know my number, but I can't use my phone.&amp;nbsp; Any help is appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe you can try SIM card in another phone and see if services work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
