      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/292180"&gt;@Mexican&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;usually it is instant&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you installed the eSIM profile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and try to reboot the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you could also need to Reset All networks on the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if all these not work, please submit ticket with agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
