Are you using a public computer that is not yours? If yes, logout and clear browser history. If not, you need to submit a ticket to a public mobile agent. Take a look at the eversafe ID too - is it just the name that does not match or also the phone/email?

Hmmm? My account is attached to someone else's rewards!? When I am in my account and click rewards, it opens another window and says "Hello, (blah, blah, not me!)" the name is not mine! Help! How do I know these are my points or this other persons? They are linked to my account

What ? @Cece2 ...umm, do you know this person, or have you opened another account before using the device you are currently using?

Seems like a cache issue. If this is someone you know or mange for open a tab in incognito mode and log in again.

If this is not someone you know at all - this is strange AND a little scary! I'd let CSA know right away.

Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

Thank you! I think it was a cache issue. I have 3 accounts, well me, and my 2 kids. It was pulling up rewards for the other account and even when I logged out it was still happening. I don’t know what “cache” is, but I had to restart my computer all together before it worked properly. 😁
