    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/292127"&gt;@Pammy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You can start this process yourself through the my account portal.&amp;nbsp; Select profile, transfer phone number and follow the prompts.&amp;nbsp; You should enter your phone number, carrier.&amp;nbsp; Keep the old SIM in your phone and you should get a text from sasktel if you want to port you number.&amp;nbsp; Answer the text and the process should get started.&amp;nbsp; You can put in the PM SIM and see if you get notification when port is done.&amp;nbsp; Periodically try calling in/out to the phone and test text messaging.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Call them and they can send the request to Sasktel again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
