      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/292106"&gt;@Melanie33&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;it is payment issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;call *611 and make a manual payment if you know the 4 digits pin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or login My Account and make the payment to restart subscription&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or go to Shoppers drug mart or Shell, but a voucher and load the voucher using *611 to restart the service first&lt;/P&gt;</description>
