      <title>Number Transfer Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new to PM. I am having troubles transferring my number during activation and I got a SMS message stating PM will contact me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a few questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. What is the PM customer service hour?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. When do I expect PM will contact me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Is it possible for me to contact PM? The SMS provided a chat link but it doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any pointers are appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
