Worst personal experiance or worst public news experiance?

I will use personal since we can all just google stuff

I racked up over $20,000 in a single month on Bell before

It was due to a plan error so many people were effected and they credited everyone back

But to show level of competance here is the kicker:

The rep who did refund to my account calculated tax wrong (he did hst on hst on bill)

So essentially I ended up with over $300 credit balance at the end of the day (20,000 * .13 *.13 = )

Because adjustment already included tax and he added tax back on
