      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been with public mobile for over 3 years. I just set my boyfriend up with a SIM card and plan from public mobile last week and had to make us both EverSafe IDs for the new app and our information is all mixed up. Like I have to sign into my account with his email now instead of mine?? And it won’t let me change anything. Help!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you messed something up creating the Eversafe ID's.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Did you do all of this from the same device or computer?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; You will have to contact support to get this fixed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
