For most cases you would still need some type of internet connection for use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile is similar to other service providers where their plans are associated with telecommunication towers to allow phones to call, text, use the internet, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You cannot pay PM's bill in bank.&amp;nbsp; And your PM's available fund cannot be used to pay for Fongo service, too&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(interesting fact: Fongo made a bid to buy Wind Mobile back in 2013, but failed)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
