@CS_Agent, I just subscribed to PM. I am not able to install esim. its giving me error everytime I try.

@HS7877 First check credit card want charged , if not try again … if it has try resetting network settings

we saw two different outcomes, one of them CS agent resend the QR code. The other one CS asked the person to change to physical som instead
