      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried incognito mode and tried login butaafter put in my credentials ,it tell me incorrect email and/or password but I carefully and slowly typed the login credentials, public mobile will not let me in&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My monthly renewal was due 2 days ago, and unaware that Public Mobile did some changes to their site and using eversafe security I was unable to login and verify credentials, I am trying to update my payment info with a new debit card and get my service restored, I have been with PM for almost a year now and this is very first and very difficult issue. Been trying to login a couple of times and wait 3hrs and try again..etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really thinking switching providers and at I can talk to an agent who can solve my issue immediately, but I do appreciate the community forum it's been very informative and I appreciate the tips and suggestion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for checking in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
