@wai123 - you can have your account in nonpay/suspended status for up to 90 days. But after 90 days you lose your account and phone number. So ensure you reactivate a couple days before the 90 days are up.

Since you are away within 90 days, you should not have an issue. So when you want to some payments, log into My Account or call 611 to DISABLE Autopay (that is, if you do not have enough funds to renew your plan).

If you do have enough funds to renew your plan, you can list your phone into lost/stolen mode in My Account. This will also stop your plan from renewing and taking funds from your autopay.

@wai123

log in to your account and disable Autopay. When most current plan suspends due to none pay, you have 90 days to re-fund your account and re-activate it. You'll go back in to your account and re-enable Autopay before 90 days is up. After 90 days, account is closed down for good.

I can confirm what the previous replies have noted. When autopay is disabled, your plan will be in a suspended status for 90 days. If you pay within that period, you can keep your existing plan afterwards!
