I have had a mobile plan for last couple of months. I always paid it via autopayment from my credit card. This month, it seemed there was a problem with autopayment. I want to pay it and have the same plan as I had before. But it doesn’t exist. How can you help me?

You can confirm what plan you have in My Account, go to Subscription & add-on tab, it will show your plan
