we have forgot what email address we used for my sons login and we cant get into his account now, how do we find out or reset his email

The new website/app will allow you to reset your email or password but you need to register on Eversafe ID.

Hi Kirk can you please tell me if support helped you with this? My youngest's account we are having the same issue. No idea which email and now I have to update the credit card info. My son's account was created way before the EverSafeID thing. Now support is telling me they don't have access to the email address to see it? I am beyond irritated. All the messages here say to message support but they say they can't really help? Just use the email reset link but duh thanks we did that and it didn't go to any of the emails we currently have access to. Sigh. I have been a client for years...and there isn't support at all. 😞
