      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/290746"&gt;@riderleaf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No customer service agent will initiate contact with you. &amp;nbsp;You will need to start that process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you are getting 3 charges for 2 accounts on the same day? &amp;nbsp;Did you have trouble with one of your accounts when you first activated? Sometimes a "ghost" account is created and the ghost account gets charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
