      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered sim card on April 29, 2023. But haven't received it yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Order number: 342041&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, could I know the whole process?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it order sim card, activate, then choose a plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Best to contact a CS_Agent and inquire about your SIM shipment by Submitting a Ticket on Start a Chat on the bottom of page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easiest way to activate your SIM once you get it is to download the PM app then click on Shop Subscription Plan and just follow the steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your 2 phones, you need 2 different emails address because you can’t add a line to one account. 1 account/1 email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
