Hi i have been a public mobile customer for about 3 years, so my plan is pretty outdated and im only getting 3G speed with 5gb of data i know there are better plans i can get but im worrying about losing all my loyalty rewards as im saving 5$ off my plan every month, my question is, if i update my plan will i be losing all these loyalties that i have right now

@Gavin2 no worry, you won't loss your reward

you will get the same amount of rewards and will be on the old rewards system

So, go ahead and make the change. Use Change on renewal instead of Change plan now if you don't need the extra data immediately

I'm assuming you're on the $40 (before discounts) 5gb 3g plan? Definitely change to the $39 20gb 4g plan! $1 less for 4x the data and many more times faster. And like softech mentioned, all those credits will carry forward.

@Gavin2 Yes you will keep your old rewards as other have already said ,, I just made that switch myself so I can also confirm you get to keep old rewards here check it out
