If you are putting in a MC debit, sometimes it is trickier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need to change card to restart a plan, and still fail, you can buy a vouchers from Shoppers drug mart or Shell, then load the vouchers via *611.&amp;nbsp; it is the quickest way to get your service back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still having trouble with adding the card on the system, message CS agent to open ticket (Chatbot ticket has not been working well today)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
