      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. I’m having major issues with all my calls dropping or person not able to hear me or vice versa. I’ve had to resort to 3G at all times because LTE and 5G only give me one bar of service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/291186"&gt;@KKlus&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, you might be encountering remnants of VoLTE roll out issues.&amp;nbsp; I have a friend who had a couple of weeks where he had to force the phone to 3G to make stable phone calls.&amp;nbsp; The problem eventually went away on its own.&amp;nbsp; As for differences in signal strength between 3G, 4G, 5G, this should be a rare situation.&amp;nbsp; It would exceptional to have a tower that only has 3G and 4G and 5G as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1 bar is normal indoors... make sure your device has "volte" that would be the first key in improving your reception at home. if you've confirmed you have "volte" and you're still dropping calls you can look for a cellphone booster. if that's not an option for you the telus/bell family should have the same reception in that area so Rogers would be the provider to look into for better reception&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What phone you have&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. if PM has permissioned your profile for VoLTE yet and if your model PM allows VoLTE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
