I have an issue with one of my Community accounts that I need CSA help.

Chat Bot is 404

And @CS_Agent or one of my other @Meme won't stick in the private messages. And yes I do have private messages turned on.

Any one else getting the same?

HI @Sylvestor what is the issue with your Community account? can that email login connects to both Community and My Account?
