About 5 hours ago I signed up a friend and entered my referral code in the appropriate box during sign up. I didn't get any notifications about it working, neither did my friend although the account was successful and she is now using her plan. How do I confirm? @CS_Agent

@JcCameron If you entered your referral code correctly for your friend you should see the $1 or 1piont depending what rewards your on and they should see the $10 credit with in 72hours

It can sometimes take 72 hours, possibly more if there is a holiday or a weekend

I’ve done this twice now where I’ve entered my code and forgot to hit button beside where you enter it and just go to bottom of page and hit save/next. It didn’t load my code. Just contact CS_Agent and they will fix it for you after getting the information they need.
