      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just activated my SIM, messaging seems to be working fine. BUT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone sending and receiving does not work at all !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I did reboot ... Nothing change&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calls and SMS are public mobile but both are grayed out&lt;/P&gt;</description>
