Does the add-on and or promo data that I have click in automatically when the data on my monthly plan is used up? Or do I have to do something to make sure I get the promo or add-on data?

@ConstanceSus It should just kick in a automatically when your plan data bucket is used up , or if you just purchased it because you ran out you may need to reboot your phone

HI @ConstanceSus it will be automatic, no extra work to do

But login My Account using Incognito/Private/secret mode to confirm you still have the data

and, make sure you disable data limit on your phone, that could block further data used
