    <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is a samsung s20 fe and it has worked fine for several years. &amp;nbsp; This problem just started a month ago. &amp;nbsp; My test speed on the phone says between -105 and -115 everywhere in my house.&amp;nbsp; This is the only phone I have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently my phone has been cutting in and out.&amp;nbsp; My signal speed is only 114.&amp;nbsp; I changed my plan from 3 to 4 G speed but this has not improved my signal speed.&amp;nbsp; What needs to be done to improve my service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
