@LoloF If you haven’t already downloaded the new PM app and created a ever safe I’d ,, that would be the first step and you should be fine

@LoloF are you in the process in setting up EverSafe id?

If so, yes, you need to change password. You also need to link your phone to the EverSafe ID. It will send you a sms to validate, so, make sure you have the phone handy
