Hello PM community!

As of last week, I am new to Public Mobile. When I signed up, I opted for the 15gb for $40 promotion. With the new 20gb for $39 promotion I would like to take advantage of it. Can I do that this early, and will I get charged another $39 even though I just paid $40 last week? If I opt to have it changed on my renewal date (which is weeks away) will the promotion still be active?

Normally suggest choosing change plans at next renewal date. Public mobile will honour this promo even if it is not available at the time of your next renewal.

HI @Piperchick Yes, you can make plan change any time. But please use Change plan on renewal instead of Change plan now . Using Change plan on renewal, the change will take place after you have completed your current cycle, which you already paid in full and no partial refund
