      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would be very appreciative if someone could tell me how to cancel my PM subscription.&amp;nbsp; I tried the ChatBot, which told me to go to the Payments tab in My Account and click "Unsubscribe", but there is no Unsubscribe button!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
