US Roaming with VoLTE

Probably old news, but I just got back from California in a known dead zone for 3G service. I'm happy to report that calls worked flawlessly now that I'm on VoLTE. So happy to have my own phone number while I was down there.

excellent feedback to have now that people are traveling again.

Too bad PM won't activate volte on all volte ready phones. I have an iPhone SE (2016) and is volte ready...but PM has decided not to enable.

Yeah, hopefully that list expands. My mom's iPhone 7 isn't compatible either, but my dad's BlackBerry Key2 LE is. Go figure.

@DennyCrane which phone you were using in US? your Google pixel 3a ? it is a phone that has no VoLTE on PM, right?

Last trip (with no calling service) I had a 5a, which was also on VoLTE prior to me upgrading to the 6a.
