Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If it is a Samsung and if the message is&amp;nbsp;"&lt;EM&gt;SIM network PIN blocked.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I submitted both ticket and sent private message to agent, but none of them got reply. I would suggest PM to add "unlock SIM card" function in My Account page. the agent replied so slowly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
