      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's not good,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/290550"&gt;@Vinny01&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try the SIM card in another (known to be working) device to ensure it's a SIM issue and not a device issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to be 100% certain.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
