My grandson’s phone number is not working. When I call it’s says invalid U.S. number

have you called that number in the past ? Try dialing again, but dial 1 ahead of area code.

@BJaynanoose1 Each account can only have 1 phone number and it’s own unique email

Hi @BJaynanoose1 it is a common PM glitch

Make sure the account is active. chexk using Incognito/Private/secret mode. There was another member with that error, and turn out the account was not renewed properly, just PM gave a weird and unrelated recording

If the account is active, Please submit ticket to CS agent at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
