      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got my sim card in the mail. I Go to use the app to sign in but when I get up to the part where I have to pay I hit "pay now" and it just doesn't progress.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On web I go to subscribe and I end up getting an error message (ERROR: XXX). I tried on Chrome and Fire Fox.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
