      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, this is Anna.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've lost my existing sim card while my travel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I ordered new sim card from website and I got it yesterday. I tried to activate it to my profile but when I tried to log in, website kept asking me the verification code from text msg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I logged in 2-3days before with email verification, but now it's only possible for text verification. So there is no way to access my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any number I can speak to agent?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately if you don't have sim access and didn't migrate to the new system you are locked out, perhaps support can activate your new sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
