How to get access to my old community id

When i got to community I had no chance to login with my id only could register with email and I registered then it only offered me to get the new id, i have no way of logging in with my old id
How do I get it back?

At the moment there is no fix.

i just see this first time i don't remember getting email about this nor sms

it's crazy that they didn't send sms or emails about this switch well in advance

I contacted cs and was told it's something they are working on. and was told once they have a solution for this issue, they will be communicating through the community section.
So we just have to wait.
I hope not to lose the old id
