    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/290224"&gt;@Harman2213&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;so, you already activated a eSIM with PM ?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;At the moment, only new activation since the roll out of new My Acocunt and new App can use eSIM.&amp;nbsp; eSIM is still not available for customers who joined before yesterday&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have activated an eSIM account yesterday, please install the PM app on the new phone you want to transfer your eSIM over, and login the app, go to change sim from Profile and see if the app detects the phone is eSIM compatible and allow it to transfer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that does not work, best to open ticket with PM support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
