I have gotten locked out of my phone due to entering the wrong PUK code several times(didn't know I had set one) and now it has notified me to contact my service provider to get the unlock code for my sim card to be unlocked. How do I get this PUK unlock code ASAP!

There are different PUK error code, what was the exact one?

what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places

If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing "Locked SIM"
